Saturday, May 16, 2026
Where will the wedding take place?
The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club.
Is everyone invited to the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be a small, intimate gathering with immediate family and close friends. We are so excited to celebrate with everyone at the reception!
Is there parking available?
Yes — the venue has a parking lot for guests.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to plan for parking and seating.
Can I take photos at the ceremony?
We kindly request that guests remain fully present during our ceremony by keeping phones and cameras put away. We will share professional photos with everyone after the wedding.
What time should I arrive for the reception?
The reception will begin promptly at 6:00. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the reception to plan for parking and seating.
What is the dress code?
In honor of the bride’s love of horses, western-inspired attire is encouraged. Semi-formal attire works just as well.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes — dinner is on us and the cash bar will be open.
How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by April 25 using the link on our wedding website.
Can I bring a plus one?
You may bring a plus-one if it’s listed on your invitation. If you’re unsure, please ask.
Are children welcome?
We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?
If we do not receive your RSVP by April 25, it will be marked as declined. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide a final head count to the venue.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place in an indoor/outdoor pavilion.
What’s the weather like in mid-May?
In mid‑May, Minnesota typically experiences mild and variable spring weather. Daytime highs usually reach the mid‑60s °F, while nighttime temperatures can drop into the upper 40s to around 50 °F. Days are often sunny, but occasional showers are still common, so some variability is to be expected.
Are gifts expected?
Your presence is the greatest gift of all. If you wish to give something, registry details can be found on our website.
Who can I contact with questions?
Please reach out to Jordan or Alison or visit our wedding website for details.
